Before a single user could connect, +connect needed to earn their attention. We built a pre-launch presence that made waiting feel like the beginning of something.
The Challenge
+Connect is preparing to launch a category-defining product. But the tech it depends on, Starlink's direct-to-cell network, isn't fully deployed yet. The challenge was building real momentum and capturing early adopters before there was anything to sell. No product and no launch date. Just a vision. The page had to do the heavy lifting of establishing credibility, communicating a complex technology simply, and turning curiosity into commitment.
Our Approach
+Connect relied on me to do one job before launch: make people believe in a product that doesn't exist yet. I focused on translating complex satellite tech into something that felt immediately understood. Using motion and minimal copy to communicate capability without overwhelming a technically diverse audience. And now +Connect has a page that could speak to a yacht owner and a fleet operator in the same breath and convert both into believers before a single price was announced.
The Results
A launch-ready digital presence that positions +Connect as the premium standard for maritime connectivity before the market even exists. The waitlist page gives the brand a place to grow, gather early believers, and enter launch with an audience already waiting.
