About +Connect

+Connect is a next-generation global connectivity brand built for life beyond shore. Designed to unlock seamless communication at sea, preparing to launch once Starlink Direct-to-Cell (DTC) is fully deployed worldwide.

The Challenge

+Connect is preparing to launch a category-defining product. But the tech it depends on, Starlink's direct-to-cell network, isn't fully deployed yet.

The challenge was building real momentum and capturing early adopters before there was anything to sell. No product and no launch date. Just a vision.

The page had to do the heavy lifting of establishing credibility, communicating a complex technology simply, and turning curiosity into commitment.

My Role

My focus was translation. Taking satellite connectivity tech that could easily go over people's heads and making it feel immediately clear, capable, and trustworthy to a technically diverse audience. The kind of person landing on this page could be a maritime engineer or someone who just heard the name for the first time. It had to work for both.

Motion was the main tool. Scroll animations that let the product's capability unfold naturally as you move through the page, without ever feeling busy or overcomplicated. The hero was built to convert, pulling people in fast and giving them a reason to keep reading. And through all of it, the page stayed simple, which was a hard client requirement and honestly the right call for what they were selling.

When the product doesn't exist yet, the design has to be the product. That was the whole job here.

The Results

A launch-ready digital presence that positions +Connect as the premium standard for maritime connectivity before the market even exists. The waitlist page gives the brand a place to grow, gather early believers, and enter launch with an audience already waiting.
